Rochester, MN — The Rochester Grizzlies have announced a trade with the Gillette Wild, acquiring forward Dominic Arndt in exchange for forwards Dylan Herold and Donovan Balek.
Arndt joins the Grizzlies after starting the season in Gillette racking up 10 points in 9 games. Dominic played High School hockey at Bemidji High School, and in 76 total games, put up 69 Points(20G, 49A). Arndt will also reunite with high school teammates; Tate Metcalf and Briggs Knott as he joins the Grizzlies.
“Dominic has good speed, plays hard, and is a centerman with good offensive ability, but who is also defensively sound.” Coach Raymond said about the acquisition of Arndt.
The organization extends its thanks to Dylan Herold and Donovan Balek for their hard work and commitment to the Grizzlies both on and off the ice, and wishes them continued success with Gillette.
Arndt is expected to make his debut with the Grizzlies this weekend as the Grizzlies travel to Tomah for a Halloween matchup with the Woodsmen.
