This week’s Top Dog Player Spotlight presented by Central Bark features Rochester Grizzlies forward #27 Trenton Impens.
Impens is coming off a strong weekend in which he scored his first two goals as a Rochester Grizzly, finding the net in back-to-back games.
In this week’s spotlight, Trenton talks about the confidence that comes with getting on the scoresheet, his path from Nebraska to junior hockey in New England, why Rochester was where he wanted to continue his career, and the impact Coach Marty Raymond has already had on his game.
We also get to know Trenton away from the rink, including how he got started in hockey, his favorite NHL players, some memorable moments from his hockey career and his surprisingly controversial opinion on a Nebraska staple: the Runza.
Watch the full Top Dog Player Spotlight below.
See Trenton and the Grizzlies live at the Rochester Recreation Center this Saturday.
