Four Grizzlies Selected for 2026 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament
The Rochester Grizzlies will be well represented on one of the NA3HL’s biggest stages this November.
Forwards Jace Jordan, Conrad Edlund and Konnor Goclan, along with defenseman Sawyer Zaruba, have been selected to represent the Central Division at the 2026 NA3HL Marlborough Top Prospects Tournament.
Rochester Head Coach Marty Raymond has also been selected to serve as an assistant coach for the Central Division.
The tournament will take place November 22-23 at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts, bringing together the league’s top 2006 and 2007 birth-year players for two days of competition and exposure in front of junior and college scouts.
Each of the NA3HL’s six divisions will field a 20-player roster consisting of 12 forwards, six defensemen and two goaltenders. Players eligible for the event are nominated by their respective head coaches before being selected for the divisional rosters.
With four players and a member of the coaching staff selected, Rochester will have a strong presence representing the Central Division in Marlborough.
Konnor Goclan
A veteran forward and captain for Rochester, Goclan has continued to be an important presence for the Grizzlies both offensively and as a leader. Earlier this season, Goclan earned NA3HL Central Division Star of the Week honors following a four-point weekend against the Wausau Cyclones. His two-way play, experience and leadership have made him a key part of the Rochester lineup.
Jace Jordan
Jordan has been one of Rochester’s offensive leaders throughout the opening portion of the 2026-27 season. The returning Grizzly has provided consistent scoring and playmaking from the forward group and has regularly found himself among Rochester’s offensive leaders this season.
Conrad Edlund
Edlund joined Rochester this season after playing in Sweden with Bäcken HC U20. The 2007-born forward has quickly established himself in the Grizzlies lineup and will now have the opportunity to represent Rochester alongside some of the top young players from across the Central Division.
Sawyer Zaruba
A veteran presence on the Rochester blue line, Zaruba brings both experience and offensive production from the defensive position. The 2006-born defenseman is in his third NA3HL season and has been an important part of the Grizzlies defensive group.
Marty Raymond
Rochester Head Coach Marty Raymond will join the four Grizzlies players in Marlborough as an assistant coach for the Central Division. Raymond is in his second season behind the Rochester bench after earning both NA3HL Coach of the Year and General Manager of the Year honors following the 2025-26 season. Last season, Raymond helped guide the Grizzlies through the Central Division playoffs and into the Fraser Cup semifinals.
His selection to the Top Prospects coaching staff gives Rochester representation both on the ice and behind the bench at one of the league’s premier scouting events.
About the Tournament
The 2026 Marlborough Top Prospects Tournament is the first of two NA3HL Top Prospects events scheduled during the 2026-27 season.
The Central Division will open the tournament against the South Division at 3:15 PM Eastern on Sunday, November 22.
Rochester’s representatives will return to the ice Monday, November 23 at 10:45 AM Eastern when the Central Division faces the West Division.
The tournament is designed to provide NA3HL players with additional exposure to junior and college scouts while continuing the league’s development pathway toward higher levels of hockey.
Congratulations to Jace, Conrad, Konnor, Sawyer and Coach Raymond on earning the opportunity to represent the Rochester Grizzlies and the NA3HL Central Division!
