Bauer, Shea, and Wiese All Earn Call Up to NAHL

ROCHESTER, MN – The Rochester Grizzlies, proud members of the NA3HL, have announced that Grizzlies Forward, Kyle Bauer, Forward, Kade Shea, and Goalie, Zach Wiese, have been called up to the North American Hockey League this weekend to play with the Austin Bruins. Bauer and Wiese become the 6th and 7th Rochester Grizzly this season to earn a call-up to the NAHL. This is Shea’s second stint in the NAHL with the Bruins this season.

So far this season, Bauer has appeared in 28 games for the Grizzlies and has a stat line of 21G-16A-37P and a +36 rating. For Owatonna, MN native Zach Wiese, the ’02 Net-Minder has appeared in 16 games with a record of 13-2-1, a 2.12 GAA and, a .914 SV%. Wiese also has 1 shutout under his belt this season. Since his last call-up, Shea has added on to his already impressive resume this season, as the Duluth, MN native has 5G-10A-15P in 23 games played for Rochester.

The Bruins take on the Minot Minotauros this weekend in Austin.
