We are excited to offer an easy way to purchase tickets to the Rochester Grizzlies! By clicking the image above, you’ll be taken to our online ticket ordering form powered by Igniter Tickets. This form will allow you to pay for your tickets online for ANY game in the 2025-26 season. We are currently working with fans to inform you that we plan on moving to a FULLY DIGITAL ticketing system over the next few seasons. This means all tickets will be on your mobile device and you will be able to skip the line and Scan at the door!

When buying tickets for a game the following will be the process:

  1. Go to Tickets.RochesterGrizz.com
  2. Select the game you desire to attend
  3. Go through the process of Selecting a seat, and payment.
  4. You will be REQUIRED to create an account during the process.
    1. if it recognizes your email, just click ‘forgot password’ if you have never created an account.
    2. click create account if it prompts you to.
  5. Once your account is created you will finish the buying process
  6. Your tickets will then be ready in your account for scanning when you show up to the game!
