ROCHESTER, MN- Grizzlies Forward, Justin Wright has announced his commitment to play NCAA Division III Hockey at Bowdoin College, the Grizzlies announced on Monday.
Wright, a native of Hong Kong, HGK, has appeared in 89 career games for the Grizzlies so far in his two seasons with the Organization. Wright has a career stat line of 34G-42A-76P with the Grizzlies. Before joining the Grizzlies, Wright spent his prep hockey years at Shattuck-St. Marys in Faribault, MN, where he appeared in 190 career games and amassed 99 points spread between the 18U AA and AAA teams.
“We are excited for this opportunity for Justin, he has worked extremely hard over the past two seasons.” Head Coach and General Manager, Chris Ratzloff stated. “His development as a player and a leader will be a valuable addition to Bowdoin. We look forward to following his progress and know he will do great things in college and life.”
Bowdoin College is a private liberal arts college that is located in Brunswick, Maine. The Bowdoin Polar Bears compete at the NCAA Division 3 level and are members of the NESCAC (New England Small College Athletic Conference).
