ROCHESTER, MN – The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) today announced the Divisional Stars of the Week presented by Bauer Hockey for the week ending February 27, 2022. The Divisional Stars of the Week is an award given each week of the regular season to the top-performing players in each of the five divisions of the NA3HL as nominated by their head coaches.
Rochester Grizzlies forward Layten Liffrig earned this week’s Central Division Star of the Week after his four-game performance totaling 9 points. The Mankato, MN native scored a goal in each game of the four games he appeared in while adding three assists. This season, Liffrig has played in 22 games with the Grizzlies and has totaled 35 points with 13 goals and 22 assists.
Lycoln Bielenberg-Howarth was named an honorable mention for his performance vs. Wausau. Bielenberg-Howarth collected 4 points (1G-3A) to help propel the Grizzlies to a weekend sweep of the Cyclones.
