ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Rochester Grizzlies have acquired forward Benjamin O’Leary from the West Bend Power in exchange for a 2026 NA3HL 3rd-round draft pick and a 2026 NA3HL tender, the team announced today.
A 2007-born forward, O’Leary posted five points in 20 games playing for the Pueblo Bulls of the NCDC this season prior to joining the NA3HL. He posted 15 goals and 36 points for Bemidji High School last season, playing alongside former Grizzlies forward Briggs Knott and current Grizzlies forward Dominic Arndt.
The 6-foot-2 forward finished his three years of high school hockey tallying 29 goals and 60 points in 78 games played, and looks to provide a jolt of offense into the Grizzlies lineup.
The Grizzlies look forward to welcoming O’Leary to Rochester for their push into the postseason and the Fraser Cup.
